All of us are motivated by a compelling vision of a desired future. This module guides the team to create a shared vision of team success. After identifying individual and organizational values, team members then create a team value statement that drives a shared vision of success. $7.50

“Productive meeting” may sound like an oxymoron. The more common experience is a meeting that participants consider a waste of time because it achieves no purpose. With this module teams evaluate their meeting processes, learn the characteristics of effective team meetings, and develop ways to make future meetings more productive. $7.50

Effective teams start with a shared understanding of what it means to be a team, an honest assessment of the team’s strengths and weaknesses, and a commitment from individual members to act in a way that supports the team. $7.50

High-performance teams have efficient and appropriate ways to make good quality decisions. They understand when it’s best for one person to make a quick decision and when it’s an advantage to get maximum input from the team and reach a consensus or unanimous decision. This module allows team members to identify their individual decision-making styles, consider alternatives for team decision making, and practice a process for evaluating ideas before making a decision. $7.50

Every successful road trip needs a really good map. This module helps teams build their own maps. First team members learn and practice writing C.L.E.A.R. goals; then they put the skill to work to create specific and measurable individual and team goals. $7.50

Problem solving is a skill that teams develop as they learn to think and communicate openly and productively. It starts with stating the problem clearly and positively, then analyzing the possible causes, and agreeing to possible solutions. $7.50

Goals may seem overwhelming and unachievable until they are broken down into action steps with clearly defined responsibility. This module gives team members a common method for action planning using small, achievable steps directly linked to each member’s daily "to-do list." $7.50
