Trainer's Spectrum online is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (barring network difficulties). If you prefer to place your order via mail or fax - click here for a printable order form (pdf).

For personal assistance, our customer service team is available Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (eastern time) to answer any questions or take your order. You may contact us via mail, phone, fax, or e-mail (see below).

Trainer's Spectrum accepts major credit cards and money order in U.S. dollars.

Merchandise cannot be shipped to a post office box. Be sure to include a valid shipping address.

Delivery

Orders require 24 hours for processing. Orders placed today after 1:00pm EST (Boston time, USA) will be shipped by the following business day UPS Ground, unless a different service is specified during check-out for an extra charge. Transit time in the United States takes approximately 2-7 business days from our office in Massachusetts.
We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather or losses by the carrier.
Please note: items ordered together are not always shipped together, depending of the availibility at our warehouse.

Rush Delivery

If you call our office before 1:00pm EST, we will ship your order via the rush service of your choosing that same day. Rush orders can be shipped for 3-day, 2-day, overnight, or Saturday delivery. All rush deliveries are based upon shipping weight and destination.
Please note: overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed on web orders.

The Internet is a global network that is not maintained by any one entity. It is possible to experience outages and delays on the Internet beyond the control or knowledge of Trainer's Spectrum. We will strive to inform customers of possible delays, however we cannot offer any guarantees nor accept any liabilities or consequences caused by these circumstances. Customers may wish to transmit time-critical messages by telephone or facsimile.

Payment Terms

Trainer's Spectrum accepts prepaid credit card orders only. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Your credit card will not be charged until materials are shipped.

Sales Tax
Trainer's Spectrum is required to collect state sales tax for all shipments inside Massachusetts (5%).

Discounts and Coupons
Trainer's Spectrum offers bulk discounts on assessments instruments, videos and books as follow: 5% for order of 50-99 copies of the same title and 10% for order of 100+ copies on the same title. Occasionally, Trainer's Spectrum will also have special discounts, coupons, or offers. In all cases these promotions will carry specific instructions regarding their validation and redemption and are subject to change without notice.

International Orders
Trainer's Spectrum will accept online orders from our international customers, however the following policies apply to any international order received via our website:

* All pricing is based on U.S. funds only.
* Your international online order may not display your correct shipping charges regardless of the method of shipping you select. These charges will be calculated and you will be informed of your final invoice amount PRIOR to shipment.
* International packages are usually sent with UPS Express service. Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions may not be applicable for all international orders.
* All international orders must be paid by credit card.
* Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
* If you would prefer us to supply some personal assistance in placing your order our customer service team is ready to help, call 1-877-549-5200.

Return & Refund
We guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days (in resaleable condition) for a credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please ship returns prepaid by UPS or other traceable means.
Please note: videos are not returnable. Trainer's Spectrum provides limited assistance with software purchases. For example, Trainer's Spectrum can assist you with how to incorporate our Microsoft PowerPoint slide presentations within a facilitation program. We can not, however, provide help with questions regarding how to use Microsoft’s PowerPoint program itself. Questions about the use of computer products provided by other manufacturers, such as Microsoft, should be directed to the software provider.
