How It Works?
1. Participants answer the questionnaire (their ability to demonstrate a skill to the people around them), and invite others by e-mail to answer the same set of questions. Responses are anonymous, and raters can offer suggestions for improvement.
2. Participants review their results, which show their strengths and which abilities need to be developed. They can create their own action plan according to comments and suggestions by others and their coach.
3. Participants ask for feedback as soon as they want since the process is ongoing and unlimited.
