A Strategic Approach to Leadership and Management

Studies have linked successful managers and leaders to their ability to adapt their style to a specific situation, and most particularly to the performer's need for structure and support. With this line of materials, participants approach leadership in a new way to manage employee's performance.

Why should leadership training be on your agenda?
