This modularized workshop teaches the ABCs of conflict management: how to
recognize patterns of conflict, identify the causes, prevent conflict from developing, and apply conflict resolution techniques.

The Facilitator's Guide includes numerous activities, group discussions and cases, a set of The Conflict Cards Activity, reproducible handouts and PowerPoint slides. Each module is designed to take one-hour to complete, and can be purchased separately or as a 12-module set to fit the length of your training program.
